Gazprombank postpones bond offering over poor market
MOSCOW, Jun 19 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Gazprombank has postponed an offer of 15 billion rubles of 3-year exchange bonds indefinitely due to an unfavorable market situation, the bank said in a statement on Tuesday.
“We are monitoring the situation and will decide on market placement, depending on the market situation,” the bank said.
The first coupon guidance was set at 7.5–7.6%, which corresponds to a yield to maturity of 7.64–7.74%.
